Despite their impressive track record FMC keep client and candidate needs at the forefront, not letting their success cloud their service.
They needed to have a brand that reflected their approach and personality which, having operated since 1988, needed a change.

Bringing an edge

FMC had a strong business foundation to build upon which truly allowed the clean approach everyone is after. Using simple concepts like contrast in font, colour overlays, and boxes but with a slight (and literal) twist created something eye-catching that appeared effortless.

Letting the website breathe

Whitespace quickly became a key element to the new FMC website. They had a lot to boast about but wanted their messaging and demeanour to be at the forefront.
Brining in icons for their sectors added an element of fun and friendliness, encouraging younger applicants and leaving all users with a welcoming feeling.
